Language selection / paypal problems / discount vouchers
1. The language of the shop can be switched and selected in the top menu of the shop by clicking on the country flags.
2. In case of a sluggish or not working direct PAYPAL connection within your payment process in the shop, please choose "prepayment" as your payment option and finish your order. Once finished, go to your PAYPAL account and do your wire independently from the order process to the following PAYPAL account: email@example.com
Please don't forget to mention your name and order number when doing the payment. The order number can be found in the order confirmation email.

Paypal payment malfunctions sometimes, e.g when the shop session is exceeded (after 30 minutes), you use VPN connections with changing IP addresses or the credit card provider doesn't grant payment for various reasons. It can be as simple as just living in the wrong street which had seen multiple credit card scams.
3. Discount vouchers or gift certificates can to be cashed in the shopping cart. Click on the shopping cart symbol, "edit shopping cart", then you will find on the left side within the grey area a click option "I have a voucher". Activate it and add your code.
